Progress Update

In one day:
- Interior walls were patched, washed, primed and some were painted.
- All new doors and trim were painted.
- Plumbing was connected for the kitchen sink, new shower and the laundry closet.
- Wiring was run for a new outside spotlight.
- Outlets and switches were replaced throughout the house
- The basement was insulated.
- A new back porch was built.
- The front porch foundation was filled and capped.
- A new front porch was built.
- Foundation drainage was installed (thanks to a lot of digging!)
- Landscape beds were created and graded.
- The driveway and front walk were re-worked with new stone.
- The roof was replaced.
- Yard cleanup, debris removal and raking improved the curb appeal of the house.
- The siding was power washed.
- Numerous clean-up tasks were completed
