Progress Update
Beautiful weather greeted the
crew working Saturday November 5. Demolition of the front porch was completed. Minor plumbing line
relocation was done while walls were open.

Speaking of walls, Matt and Mark framed new walls for the basement
stairs. These will add safety (fall
protection) as well as a sturdy place to mount handrails.
Mark and Mark dug and poured footings for
the new back porch.
Outside cleanup continued and new bathroom
fan/light units were installed, wired, and plumbed to vent outside. Matt and Nicole installed the shower and
installed moisture-resistant drywall.
